A call for 20min presentations on the following topics: Wind profile results of the analysed sites such as Letšeng, Sani Pass and Masitise The economics of wind farms Technical interconnection issues for large farms Mini‐g rids & hybrid systems for rural electrification Farm logistics (funding, investors, IPP, land acquisition, licences, ownership, etc) REFIT (Renewable Energy Fit In Tariff) models Lesotho energy scenario -current and future planned projects The role of research Tentative schedule: • 0900 – 1200: 20min presentations followed by 10min discussions • 1200 – 1300: Roundtable discussions Target audience: All energy and renewable energy stakeholders in Lesotho.
