Likeleli Kapa and Pontšo Mokone, former students of the National University of Lesotho (NUL), have already published many books through their company. It’s called Blissful Words Publishing. And it helps you turn your story into a real book, even if you have no clue where to start.
No stress. No long queues. No bank-breaking costs. Just send them your work, sit back, and let them handle the hard stuff.

So how did this all happen?
Well, Likeleli and Pontšo went through the same struggles that a lot of Basotho writers face. They wanted to publish their own books but quickly realized: it’s expensive, confusing, and honestly, just frustrating.
That’s when they thought, “Why don’t we build something better? Something that helps writers publish without all the drama?”
Boom! That’s how Blissful Words Publishing came to life.
Here’s the nice part:
Blissful Words doesn’t just publish books. They help you edit your work, design the cover, format the pages, and even market your book. Need illustrations? They’ve got you. Want to sell it online?
Done.
And guess what? You can upload your book for free on their website: https://blissfulwordspublishing.com/.
Whether you’re chilling in Mokhotlong or sitting in some corner of Europe, Blissful Words is ready to help you get your story out there.
Now, let’s meet the team.
Likeleli Kapa is the Head Writer and Editor. With origins in Lesotho, she’s now living in Livingstone, Zambia.
She’s written three books of her own: Poems from My Heart, The Product of a Polygamous Set-Up, and The Refugee Camp.
She has edited more than 20 books from writers across the globe. She’s also been featured in magazines, on the radio, and on TV. Oh, and she’s got degrees in Social Work and Education from NUL, with a focus on Literature and Writing. Basically, she knows her stuff.
Ponts’o Mokone is the tech-savvy one. She studied Nutrition and Human Resources at NUL, but now she’s diving into the world of AI where she is certificated in Career Essentials. She’s also into digital publishing. She’s written two books herself and she’s always looking for ways to make life easier for other writers using tech.
Although Blissful Words Publishing has Global Reach, it also has a Local Heart!
It is based in Lesotho but works with writers from all over the world. First-time author? No problem. Experienced writer? They’ve got you too. Whether you want a free basic package or a premium service, there’s something for everyone.
So yeah, if you’ve got a story in your heart, Blissful Words is here to help you share it…without all the headaches.
From the lecture halls of Roma to the digital bookshelves of the world, Likeleli and Pontšo are making sure Basotho stories get heard, one book at a time.
